How It looks...
It looks like a dream,
Or like a paper ream,
Arranged and packaged,
To prevent it from being damaged.
Sometimes glitters,
Sometimes sweet,
Sometimes occurs sequentially,
And sometimes happens haphazardly.
Success; Great and lovely,
That's how it looks,
Like a shiny cone,
Improvised from a single rope.

KEEP ON DREAMING AND HOPING... ZMM
KEEP ON DREAMING AND HOPING...
A bright smiling face,
Entrapped in a race,
In happiness and sorrow,
Deep in her bone marrow,
She feels the pains,
In the stress she encounters,
Yet she strives hardly,
To conquer all its rigor,
A great future she tries to build,
As each second moves,
She is a dreamer, a hoper and survivor.
In her, I sight capabilities,
In her, I admire creativity,
In her, I forsight success,
And in her, I see a dream fulfiled.
Keep on dreaming and hoping,
And like the toss of a coin,
Life will become easy again.
Air you shall breathe,
With comfort and ease,
Being depressed you shall forgo totally,
Like patients who got Alzheimer's disease,
Keep on struggling,
And one day,a great Doctor you shall become.

I'M A DREAMER,A HOPER AND A SURVIVOR - FATIMA MUHAMMAD SANI
I'M A DREAMER,A HOPER AND A SURVIVOR
I was told that I wouldn't make it because of my illness an uncountable times by several people including those that were supposed to encourage me that I can make it, there were those that didn't say it but believed I wouldn't make it with their actions. The hopeless and weakest version of me was created,a depressed girl I became. But I made it at the end, and what helped me was my dream, the dream I was born with, the dream that is part of me, a dream to be a doctor,to be a successful woman in the future no matter who I am or the circumstances surrounding me, no matter the number of people doubting my abilities, with my illness or not,me breathing easily or not.
Yes,I cried,I was depressed,I hated my condition,I hated the new life I got but that didn't break me down,it made me a strong person, stronger in a way that I've never thought I'll be. It painted my dreams with new colours that I've never seen,it created hope in me. It sewed a dress of courage, confidence and hope for me,and I wear that dress every time and to everywhere because that's what keeps me moving without giving up. It made me a person that people look up to as an example of not giving up,as an example of miracle existing,as a example of anything can be possible,as an example that God is indeed merciful. It changed my life both positively and negatively but I don't care which one's more, all I know is that it helped me discover the real me,the struggler I am,a struggler for oxygen and success.
I'll continue the way I am,I've accepted the life I've been given because I can't change it,it's who I am destined to be,but I can decide what to do with it,to make it positive and enjoy it or to sit down and watch people enjoy theirs. I've chosen the first,I'll strive till my last breath to make my dreams come true. I'll let myself shine because I don't need a glitter,I am the glitter myself. I'm a dreamer,a hoper and a survivor.

*SWEET AND PAIN* - FATIMA MUHAMMAD SANI
*SWEET AND PAIN*
So sweet,sweeter than a candy
Makes you happy and lovable like a teddy
To fly in the sky and live, you're ready
Breeze of love blowing the heart,so cool and windy
With a dream that sets the soul on fire
Sending electricity through the body without a wire
Singing a song,so romantic that only you can hear
With all hope,love,sacrifice and care
Blessing you with the wildest and craziest imaginations that the mind can't bear
A feeling so sweet yet bitter,
Bitter when the feelings are ignored
With every bit of love, you wanted them to be honoured
The darkness of life appears without an invitation
Ruining the soul with hatred and desperation
Destroying all dreams and creating an undefined fear
A factory of pain and tears
Where sleep has no place to live and reality becomes hard to handle
Smile and laughter became memories
Being a prisoner of your mind and heart,
Lost in the forest of your fears
Love,a feeling so sweet and painful

THE MAGNIFICENT TREE - ZMM
THE MAGNIFICENT TREE
In praise of a mighty tree i pen,
Planted with different seedlings,
In a lovely fertile garden,
And the seeds started yielding,
Bearing varieties of fruits,
And having numerous branching roots.
By colonial masters it was catered,
Which made most of it fruits to become shattered,
And regained was its freedom,
By great men of piety.
Again its flowers and fruit began to blossom,
In peace and unity.
The tree then become famous,
After being populous,
And thus it prospered.
To a greater height it was taken,
After a moment of reawakening,
A transition to a new dawn commenced,
And provisions for the future were made.
People with different ethics and culture,
Sharing the same spirit,
Loving each other without much torture,
Although there were some pests,
Whom attacked the fruits,
Tried to destroy the yields,
And prevent further blossom in peace,
Luckliy,combated they were,
And restored was peace again.
A nation with ample mineral resources,
Variety of languages,
Ravishing and elegant attires,
And of course tasty dishes,
What a gratified heritage!
Nigeria,a majestic,magnificent tree.

POETRY TALENT - KHAMEES A.H
For some dusks and dawns
My quill rejects the scroll.
Despite the will to pen a sea,
The mind refused to sell a pint.
And the day is today;
To celebrate the new rays,
The silhouettes of our future days,
The mesmerizing bards,
whose hearts silkily prints golden words
That inspire minds to respire
Freely from the pit of despair.
Every so often the night deserts the day
Or the day welcomes the night,
I await your arts in total awe
To bask in and relieve my pines.
Plethora of gracias
To those gravid minds
Who defied gravic lines
To deliver their creativity on 'creative minds'.

POETRY TALENT - U14MD A.B.U ZARIA - HAJARA TOM
One hundred and thirteen
BarakAllahu feena
Of beautiful minds as a team
Destined to be winners
By The Almighty’s leave
In this trade of our dream
We were gathered here as strangers
But became like birds of one feather
Yearning to flock forever together
Strung by bonds like that of brothers
And the compassion of two merry sisters
Beneath the cover of red and blue theatres
We learnt to let go of our rifts and differences
We sought and found a common ground
And learnt the joy of moving as one
We created true friendships
And unwavering loyalties
Perhaps future relationships
And many inexplicable bonds we will forever cherish
We learnt to give our time to one another
And our smiles to those that lost theirs
We consoled each other
That things will get better
And we're all in this united, together
And you our leader
Have been a friend, a guide and a ladder
For you is a prayer for all the best life has to offer
May we all be together
Next year and thither
