Smiling with tears
smiling with tears
with words lonely in my mind
words kept unspoken
like an unseen rainbow
lurking in the clouds
is this loneliness or silence
is this joy or sadness
I smiled with tears
With no self pity
And every second so cruel
Indeed it's a smile that deceives

An Incomplete Story...
The heart is so delicate like flowers plucked from their branches
it pays a price for our happiness and sorrows
it waits for love like an incomplete story
while waiting it beautiful flowers withers
not like leaves from a tree but like snow from the sky
indeed the heart does cry not with a tear
but with tune of music in an untold story.

POETRY TALENT - CURSED... - FATIMA SUMDA
CURSED...
awakened by the giggle of eagles
I stand bewildered
cursed by the fear of shadow
with a tragic prick of magic
in this heinous chaos the flowers
bereaved of sunshine smiles
the whistling wind tuning in disgust
but that's the flaws of life it is simple without a dimple
shadows of which I shed tears
with fear of an insane theif clouding my soul
I need in all
a saintly kiss
I need in all a magical prick
simple smiles with dimples
in a course as wild as hunger
I stand bewildered
with eyes of a an an eagle
preying for solace

MY THOUGHTS THOUGH
I saw a wind as strong as fury
but all I thought was it should decloud my mind
I saw an ocean as vast as reason
but all I thought was it should swallow my grief
I saw light as bright as stars
but all I thought was it should be my dreams
I have forgotten that clouds have rain
I didn't know that my dream is the sun
but wat of my grief...
looking into the book of life
I weep to sweep away my grief
lies within are questions unasked
and answers unquestioned
we live in the chaos of a moonless night
caging our beings in prisons of delusions
we live in so much worry and end up sorry
I was only thinking...

LONE LOVE
I made a mistake
haven fallen for a loner
who feeds on silence
I thought I could bear it
so I endured silence with patience
and hoped he will embrace I into the mystery of his world

From the sky above
Be yours and mine
May the moon in the sky
As proud as clouds
Embrace you with grace
Life is a fountain of desire
With mountains of trials
But with age and courage
We learn to conquer
We stand tall and unconquerable
We must never worry or hurry
Live as free as trees
Run and have fun
For all hope is not gone
Stare at the skies
With your priceless eyes
Then you see love from above
Flooding your blood stream
I wish for you success as sweet as honey
Which no money can buy
We should not despair for we are Invictus...

POETRY - HOPE - UMM AMATULLAH
HOPE???
My eyes have seen things
That make my heart bleed
The downtrodden weep
Yet, the mighty claims not to see
The blood of the innocent have been spilled
Unjustly people have been killed
Whoever has sown an evil seed
Is sure to reap an evil yield
We have been plunged into deep sorrow
With hardly any hope left for tomorrow
The question is who is responsible?
For our current state that is so despicable
The poor point at the well to do
The wealthy point at the destitute
But it takes two to tango
A bitter truth which many don't know
We should give up the blame game
And become one and rise to fame
It's time to stop these accusations
That are mere imaginations
One day for sure, we will smile
Dried up will be the tears of our cry
For there is no beginning without an end
And after the darkest night comes a new dawn...
